AMPIANA strives for "100% use of renewable
materials." By minimizing the use of synthetic
components and hardware wherever possible,
we focus on highlighting the natural beauty of
materials sourced directly from Madagascar.

Maintaining ethical, long-term partnerships with
our producers and artisans at fair prices is one of
our core philosophies. To stay responsive to
the evolving needs and living conditions of
our workforce, we ensure regular opportunities
for dialogue and price renegotiation,

目指しています。デザインの美しさや機能性を
損なうことなく、可能な限り余分な付属品を
排除し、マダガスカルの豊かな大地が育んだ
天然素材を最大限に活かしたものづくりを
追求しています。

私たちは、原材料の生産者や商品の製作者との
「適正価格での継続的な取引」
を最優先事項としています。
生産現場の状況は日々変化します。
その変化をいち早く捉え、
労働環境や社会情勢に寄り添うため、
定期的な対話と取引金額の再交渉を行い、
真に持続可能なパートナーシップを
築いています。
"SINGLE MOTHER SUPPORT"
Recognizing the scarcity of child-friendly
workplaces in Madagascar,
where single mothers often care
for multiple dependents, AMPIANA has
built a focused solution.
We continuously support our mothers by
employing qualified nursery staff and
providing dedicated on-site childcare facilities.
This critical support system ensures every mother
is fully empowered to focus on her craft,
removing the typical constraints of childcare.
マダガスカルでは、子どもを多く抱える
シングルマザーは少なくありませんが
小さな子どもを連れて
仕事をできる環境は多くありません。
そのため、AMPIANAでは
働くシングルマザーを継続的に支えようと
保育士を雇用し、託児所を設けることで
子どもが居ても存分に働くことができる
環境を提供しています。
"LITERACY PROGRAM"
Madagascar faces a significant literacy
disparity due to low school enrollment,
a challenge reflected among many of
our skilled artisans.
We operate on the firm conviction that even
basic literacy fundamentally unlocks a person's
view of the world.
Driven by this belief, we launched a dedicated,
albeit small, in-house literacy program to
empower our team.
マダガスカルでは、就学率の低さから、識字率も
高くありません。我々の職人の中にも字の読み書きができない方も多くいます。字が理解できるようになるだけでも世界は大きく違って見えるはず
と小さいながらも読み書き教室を始めました。
"LEARNING FRENCH PROGRAM"
Despite French being an official language,
many artisans lack proficiency due to
limited schooling.
AMPIANA believes French competency is
vital, not only for accessing crucial information
but for fostering self-confidence.
We launched an in-house language program
and are proud that most of our team has
achieved comprehension.
現地の公用語は、
マダガスカル語とフランス語ですが、
学校に行かなかったこと等が原因で
フランス語が話せない人も数多くいます。
AMPIANAでは、
フランス語が理解できるようになれば、
様々な情報に触れられるように
なることはもちろん、
きっと小さな自信も芽生えてくるのではと考え、
フランス語教室を始め、今では職人の多くが
理解できるようになりました。
"LUNCH PROGRAM"
Facing unstable incomes, many artisans initially
sacrificed their own meals for their children.
To mitigate this parental dilemma,
we provide a daily, nourishing lunch.
This ensures their foundational strength,
empowering them to focus fully on their craft
and secure a stable income for their families.
世帯収入が不安定なこともあり、
自分が食べるくらいのお金があるのなら
子どもに食べさせてあげたいと
お腹いっぱい食べられない職人が
ブランド設立当初は多くいました。
そのため、AMPIANAでは
まずは自分が食べて力をつけて
働いて稼いだお金で子ども達を
養っていけるよう昼食を提供しています。
"CIRCULATION"
AMPIANA annually collects gently used clothing,
bags, and stationery from our customers
and ships them directly to Madagascar.
In a culture where resources are scarce and
long-term reuse is deeply valued, items typically
discarded elsewhere are treated
as precious commodities.
Our core goal is to bridge the gap in access
to quality goods, ensuring our community can
experience the care and quality inherent in items
thoughtfully produced in Japan.
不要な物を必要な所へ
AMPIANAでは、お客様から不要になった
服、カバン、文房具等を集めて、
年に1回マダガスカルへ送っています。
「ボロボロでもまだ使えるから」
と物を捨てずに長く使う人が多い現地では、
日本では捨てられるような物もとても貴重です。
品質の良いものに触れ合う機会が乏しい現地で、
少しでも日本の誰かが頑張って
生み出したものに触れてほしいと思っています。
