About shipping 発送について
We will ship within 3 business days after receiving your shipping request.
A statement of delivery is not enclosed, so if you would like one, please fill it out in the notes section when ordering.
配送のご依頼を受けてから3営業日以内に発送いたします。
納品書は同封しておりませんので、ご希望の場合はご注文の際に事項欄へご記入ください。
Regarding cancellations and returns キャンセル・返品ついて
In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will issue a replacement or refund after returning the product, cash on delivery.
*Due to limited inventory, we may not be able to exchange products.
万が一、商品に欠陥等がありましたら、着払いにて返品後、交換もしくは返金のご対応をいたします。
※在庫状況に限りがあるため、商品の交換が出来兼ねる場合がございます。
Free/paid repair available 無償・有償修理対応
*Repairs are available only within Japan.
※修理対応は日本国内に限る
Free Repairs
For raffia products only, we will repair any damage (excluding intentional damage) free of charge (shipping costs covered) within 180 days of purchase. Please contact us via CONTACT.
Paid Repairs
After extended use, tears and scuffs may appear. Repairs will be available for a fee even after the warranty period has expired. Please contact us.
Repair Examples: Handle repair ¥3,000, wear and tear repair ¥2,000, other simple repairs ¥2,000
*Prices exclude tax. Repairs may not be possible depending on the material and damage.
Shipping costs for paid repairs are as follows:

無償修理対応
ラフィアの商品に限り、ご購入日より180日間は、故意による破損を除き、破損等ございましたら無償で修理（弊社送料負担）いたしますので、CONTACTよりご連絡ください。
有償修理対応
長く使用していると破れやスレ等が見られる場合がございます。無償保証期間後も有償にて修理いたしますのでご連絡ください。
修理例）ハンドル修理¥3,000、摩耗破損修理¥2,000、その他簡易な修理¥2,000
※税抜金額、素材や破損箇所によっては修理不可
有償修理の送料については、以下のようにさせていただきます。

Care and storage instructions お手入れ・保管方法
The raffia material is about 1.5m long,
and as it thins and rubs, the edges of
the material will naturally become fuzzy as you use it.
If this bothers you, please cut it off with scissors.
素材のラフィアは1.5mほど長さで
素材の痩せや擦れが原因で、
使っていくと自然と素材の端等が
毛羽立ちのように出てきますので
気になる場合は、ハサミでお切りください。
If it gets wet due to dirt or rain,
wipe it with a tightly wrung cloth,
then place a towel inside
and dry it in a well-ventilated, shady place.
汚れや雨などで濡れた場合は、
固く絞った布で拭いて、
タオルを入れて風通しの良い日陰で
乾かしてください。
If you are concerned about the shape changing,
you can reshape the rest of the garment
with a steam iron.
型崩れが気になる場合は、
色部分以外をスチームアイロンで
成形し直すことも可能です。※当て布推奨
ご心配な場合はお問い合わせください。
When not in use, store in a dry place
during the off-season.
Can also be used as interior decoration.
使わないオフシーズンは、
湿気の少ない場所に保管してください。
インテリアとしてもお使いいただけます。
